SCATTERED AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING IN AN ENVIRONMENT FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF FUNNEL CLOUDS. THESE FUNNEL CLOUDS ARE USUALLY SHORT LIVED AND TYPICALLY DO NOT TOUCH THE GROUND. RESIDENTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE IN THE VICINITY.

OTHERWISE... THESE STORMS WILL GENERALLY BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL... GUSTY WINDS... AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING."
