I forget if I mentioned this in my last short post, but my friend's little brother went missing late saturday night/early sunday morning.

they scoured the town looking for him, checking security cameras in the area, hoping to spot him, put up missing signs, had the police looking, etc etc.

well. they found him. in the river. dunno yet when the funeral is gonna be, but I'm a couple hundred/thousand miles away, so I won't be able to make it there.

I know you guys don't know my friend, or his family, but please send a lil prayer up for them. it's been a REALLY hard time as it is, and now this...they need all the well wishes/positive thoughts/prayers/whatever-you-happen-to-believe-in they can get:\

Last monday, I was sick as a dog all morning. YAY!

saturday, Koda dropped my e-reader. nothing appeared to be wrong with it, but now it won't take a charge. it doesn't even pick up that the charger has been plugged in. dunno if it was cause of the dropping or what:\

sunday, found out my friend Danny's younger brother is missing. their mother had a health scare, and he took off...no idea where is:\

lynn_viehl is mostly done. the layout, anyway. still gotta make the mod posts, tags, and the profile, but yeah...

need to do some work on klove too:\ GAH.

on the plus side though, I'm almost to 100~, have a young rich guy hitting on me on facebook, we're supposed to get some snow today (not sticking though:\), and Kristy is going to try and give me the monday after christmas off:D (basically, she's gonna stay down at the house unless Brian NEEDS her to come to the office. *happy sigh*)

also, she's gonna get me a heater for my room~ she found a pretty good one for 25$. I told her not to worry too much about it though, cause honestly, even when it's been getting down into the 30's, I've been kicking off my top blanket in my sleep, lol. I LOVE sleeping in the cold, so I'm good~ it's just frustrating when I'm trying to TYPE in the cold. which is why I'm stopping typing...NOW:P

...wow, go from hardly updating at all to...well..this.

two big news came in today.

1) my Dannyboi (

dannydonovan)'s mom has blood poisoning and heart problems, and might not be around much longer. (which just fucking sucks cause I can't be there for him >.<)

2) we might be moving. soon. really soon.

some people are looking to buy the property we work at right now, and the owner is looking to sell, sooooooooo.

Jimmy (owner) told Brian and Kristy that unless the new guys offer a lot of money for us to stay, he'll keep us with him, and just move us to a different store. which would be a million different kinds of awesome, but with it being Jimmy doing the moving, it also means it's gonna be FAST.

when he moved sis, we had 3 days notice. THREE DAYS to pack everything up and get ready to go. luckily, he has a moving company that actually moves everything to the new place...all we have to do is pack, and I'll probably be the one doing that:S

minus the :S...I actually like packing, for the most part, so I don't mind it too much...it's just gonna be tricky with Koda around x_x

PORTSMOUTH,Va - Flooding frustrations overflowed in Portsmouth tonight.

Portsmouth homeowners want the city to do more to keep flood waters out.

In a forum where Portsmouth's leaders and citizens came together, they discussed the waters that are tearing some of them apart.

"I was looking out my window and there was 10 feet of water, one foot inside our house. And no sign of it going down." said Danny Donovan.

Donovan and many of the people at this meeting have homes, and/ or own businesses caught up in flooding from the November Nor'easterin in Olde Town.

They heard from the city's engineer Richard Hartman, "We had considerably more water in Old Town from this Nor'easter than we had with hurricane Isabel."

Hartman explained solutions to flooding problems like these could cost Portsmouth 8 .5 million dollars.

But at a work session earlier in the day, council members told the city manager to study the options are report back in a couple of weeks.

Vice Mayor Bill Moody told WAVY.com, "We would hope to see the plans at that time to increase the elevation of Crawford Parkway and also the pumping station."

Dannyboi, you truly are one in a ~~million~~ ~~billion~~ ~~trillion~~...number too high to count, and I'm proud to call you my half-husband (which reminds me, we need to decide on our anniversary date:P ). You deserve all the best in the world, and it pisses me off daily that you are never given your just rewards.

You always say that I'm all the present you need, and that my love and friendship is enough for you, but, as I've told you a million times before, you sell yourself short. You truly are worth so much more, and I wish I could give it to you. Maybe some day I will be able to give it to you, but until then, I'm gonna do the best I can to just be your "Angel".
