ok, so...some of you who know me, know that when I say that my sister and/or I are "playing with the weather", I mean it kinda literally.
ex:
Hannah:
she was SUPPOSED to go up the coast line, and stay off shore. I wanted a hurricane to come this way.
Result: she seemed to get stalled over Haiti. She literally went back and forth in that area like she wanted to go one way, but was being pulled in another.
Sis came to me and bitched at me cause she knew I wanted it to come closer to us. she gave me ten kinds of hell cause "You're KILLING people! Leave Hannah alone so it can go where it's supposed to!"
I left it alone. She turned and followed the path the meteorologists said she would.

Ike:
I BELIEVE, Ike was supposed to hit Louisiana...sis and I didn't want it to hit there, so we both tried to "pull" him further west...then we disagreed on what size/strength we wanted it to be. I wanted it to be (at the strongest) a 2, and I didn't want it to hit us directly. Sis wanted it to be a 3, and a 1 (or a tropical storm) when it came through where we lived.
"Hurricane Ike came ashore in Texas at 2:10 a.m. CDT, Sept. 13, and brought a wall of water over 13 feet high, sweeping through Galveston Island, and on the mainland. Ike made landfall with sustained winds near 110 mph, just 1 mph short of a Category 3 hurricane."

you're free to take those however you like, but you have to admit, it's kinda weird.
The reason I bring this up is cause of Bill.
His projected path says he's gonna stay offshore and travel along the east coast before heading back out to sea. Sis and I aren't so sure about it, and since we were right about Ike and Hannah last year, we're keeping track of our predictions this time.
((cut for the sceptics, and the people who like to think we're crazy:D))
sis says she gets the feeling that it's gonna go across (mid-south)florida (and the islands) and into the gulf. She's wants it to stay on the projected path though and stay offshore.
I told her that we need the rain too much, so I suggested that we weaken it and let it go wherever.
She's still making up her mind, so we're both gonna try to "stall" it until she decides.
personally, I kinda agree with her saying that it'll go across florida and into the gulf. Not sure if I agree with the mid-south though...hell, I'm not even sure what she considers to be "mid-south" o.O but anyway. that's our thoughts. we'll see how it goes.
